Intuit QuickBooks online. Intuit is the leading provider of accounting software to small businesses. It is quick and easy to set up and can automatically connect to your bank accounts and credit cards. QuickBooks also connects to many third-party apps to streamline your workflows. Retailers may want to connect their point-of-sale system to QuickBooks directly to avoid manual data entry. You can run payroll, process credit cards, track inventory, automatically track employee time and so much more directly within QuickBooks.

Gusto for payroll. Gusto is our preferred payroll provider. For many employers they will find it easier and more convenient to run payroll directly in QuickBooks. But there are some advantages to using Gusto. Gusto will be better suited for employers who deal with a large volume of garnishments and child support orders as gusto will automatically remit the payments to the appropriate agency. Both QuickBooks and gusto will automatically handle payroll taxes but the key difference is gusto will pull the payroll taxes at the same time that it pulls the funds for payroll. This makes it easier for small businesses to see and understand their cash flow and future cash requirements. In addition we find the reporting functions within gusto to be slightly superior to QuickBooks.
